Our Services

Driving Development is licensed for PT in Texas, Nebraska, and North Carolina.

Our vision is to create a world where milestone anxiety is minimized and caregivers have the knowledge and support they need to confidently guide their children's physical development. We strive to be a trusted partner in achieving real, measurable results through our compassionate and evidence-based approach to pediatric physical therapy.

Tongue tie therapy, performed by a pediatric physical therapist, involves gentle techniques and exercises aimed at addressing restrictions correlated with tongue in infants. This specialized therapy focuses on improving range of motion, improving oral motor skills, and promoting proper function for better breastfeeding by addressing restrictions in the whole body. By working closely with infants and their caregivers, pediatric physical therapists help facilitate improved breastfeeding (alongside a lactation consultant) and overall oral motor skills, ensuring optimal growth and development in these crucial early years and preventing further complications correlated with diagnosis of TOTs including gross motor delay, torticollis and flat head.

Our virtual milestone sessions focus on gross motor skills in a child who does not require physical therapy, but parents are looking for guidance on gross motor development. During the session, the therapist provides general education on age-appropriate activities and strategies to promote a child's general strength, coordination, balance, and overall motor skills development in the child’s emerging milestones from the comfort of their own home.
